Terms & Conditions

We offer branding, website development, digital marketing, content creation, and creative consulting. Service specifics and timelines are confirmed through written proposals or invoices.

Clients agree to:

• Provide clear and timely information
• Complete any questionnaires or onboarding steps promptly
• Review and approve project stages on time
• Make payments as per agreed terms

• All projects require a minimum 50% upfront payment to begin
• Final files and handovers will be provided after full payment
• Late payments may incur delays or service suspension

• Branding and design projects typically include 1-2 rounds of revision, depending on the package
• Additional revisions may incur extra charges
• If feedback is delayed beyond 7 days, the project may be considered closed or paused

Timelines will be clearly stated in the proposal. Delays due to client inaction (e.g., slow approvals, incomplete info) may shift delivery dates.

• Skale Global retains rights to design drafts and unused concepts
• Final approved assets become the property of the client after full payment
• Clients may not resell or redistribute our work without written consent

We respect client confidentiality and will not share project information publicly unless consent is given. Likewise, we expect mutual respect for our internal methods and systems.

• Projects canceled after work begins are non-refundable for completed portions
• In case of unforeseen circumstances, partial refunds may be considered at our discretion

We may showcase completed work in our portfolio unless the client explicitly requests confidentiality in writing.

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of our services means you accept the updated terms.
